TBH, I'm okay with Garling's design, but I much prefer Shanks to Shamrock. IDK, he looks a blend between annoyed and asleep.

Let's remember all of these goofy main arc's villains with goofy designs and personalities that Luffy had to fight (Moria, Caesar, Hody, Buggy, BM etc...) and be glad that this guy has at least a more serius design and personality. Just like Crocodile/Mihawk.
