And an old and sick Yonko attacked Marine alone

How can he guess that well without CoO?

Even then, how can he thanks her for the warning before she even does if not FS ?

Basic CoO training is done blindfolded, Luffy could possibly dodge attacks with his eyes closed while he was still learning CoO, this becomes even easier to do if you already have CoO.
