I'm not sure about that. I doubt the CD would send nobles that scale into commander level into Elbaf. At least Shamrock needs to be a top tier. Gunko might be first mate +++ level like Yamato and Zoro.

I do think it makes sense from a narrative perspective for Gunko to be low top tier. This is Elbaf. The Celestial Dragons wouldn't send any bums in here. It's too dangerous.

They came for Loki as well, who has a 2.6 bil bounty and ate a legendary DF. It was Gunko who was tasked with torturing him. That is not a task you would give to an Ulti or even Jack tbh. First thing she did when they came on the magic circle was immediately clown on two warrior giants, establishing that no current free giant is a match for her

Gunko might be Zoro's opponent this arc. Being a Holy Knight and CD there is a good chance of her having CoC as well (all HK should have CoC tbh)

I like this idea. This arc has potential. I just hope Oda doesn't forget about Ussop.
