Oda is a master. Theme of Romance. Everything is exaggerated. Food is exagerrated etc. Things and heights arent static. Left panel is beautiful and intimadating because marine is small and shichibukai SUPER BIG. (even though they arent 4 times as tall.

Honestly, height in OP is just whacky as fuck. Ignoring all the inconsistencies, why are some characters even as tall as they are? Katakuri, for example, is 16'8 for no reason. It just looks stupid when he's near shorter characters like Luffy. Like I don't mind some characters being large to make them imposing. Kaido and Big Mom being big is aight, but it's an issue when folks can't even reach their damn knees.
