Was it ever made public knowledge that Saturn died and was replaced by Garling? If it was made public knowledge, then Devon copying Saturn’s appearance would be worthless since everyone would know something’s up.

Also, if it wasn’t made public knowledge that Garling ascended to Gorosei, he might throw a wrench in BB’s plans

2 days have passed in the manga... So idk. For whatever reason I don't even think the SH have new bounties, just Dorry and Broggy. Since ordinary Marines sometimes interact with the Gorosie, as well as like cipher pol, I imagine it would have to be something like "public" with the public at large maybe finding out during the next reverie
