Characters in OP reach their peak around late 30s or early 40s.
Whitebeard reached his peak at 37. Roger also probably around the same age. Oden reached his prime at late 30s too. Shanks and Mihawk are in their primes around 40 yours old.
After which, they just maintain their peak until they eventually start declining around 60+
There can be exceptions, like when a big change occurs though (such as gaining DFs late in life - eg Blackbeard gaining DFs)

While not fleshed out well at all if we’re being honest the beast pirates had a whole trick mechanical sword theme
Queen has or at least was going to have some too. Probably did since he was the main one making them but idk
Tbf the weird ancient zoan abilities weren’t fleshed out either but at least we saw some
