We don't know what Imu actually is and nobody in verse really knows about Imu, the title doesn't apply to him.

Imu solos the Yonko + every Marine in existence ever, but in the end, Luffy will be the guy to take him out so I stay winning

There are too many “allies” for this to work. This is essentially one of the first times the Strawhats have been in a completely advantageous position when confronting the enemy. Either Shamrock and Gunko are god tier or it makes no sense

Only way they can even it up is by summoning more people
