The current era is geocentric because the planets (elders) orbit the earth. Luffy defeating the earth will change bring back heliocentrism. The planets will orbit the sun again.

So, in the same way, there is 3 gods of sun, of different eras. Thats also means there was more than one god of earth. Imu is the second one.

I mean Eos luffy will be above all the sun god DF users. So even if imu is incarnation of earth god , he will most likely be the strongest one of them. The earth god has won 2 fights and probably has not died and not reincarnated.
