Because Awakened Nika should have never happened vs Kaido, but rather vs Big Mom.

Awakened Law Kidd and Luffy should have beaten Awakened Big Mom, with Nika having the last say.

Kaido (awakened) should have been killed in a battle royal style fight vs other yonkos, the WG etc, but Loda saw them only as “strong“ obstacles.
