Enels CoO (Mantra) range augmented by his DF was ridiculous. Paired with his top 3 (?) destructive DF Goro Goro and his presumed new found abilities and crew from the moon we all await a glorious return.

Enel was no slouch, his main flaw was lack of exposure to blue sea powers and arrogance (understandibly so due to lack of exposure).
