Speculations The dragon and the winged creature are the same entity

#1

The Dragon/Earth god and the winged individual on the left are the same entity.

Think of the Dragon as the full Zoan transformation, and the winged individual as the hybrid form.

Both have two horns and wings.

The winged individual holding the sun is probably Imu using the mother flame, the mother flame was probably destroyed or rendered inoperative after the war hence why hes trying to make a new one because the war isnt over as Nika keeps coming back to free the world from the earth gods tyrany. Now the question is if Imu is the original earth god or a vessel like Luffy is to Nika, that is open for interpretation. I think Imu was born in the secon world and inheritted the earth god's powers.

Imu gives people immortality, regen and just powers them up, that is literally something a devil will be able to do. Sabo said that he didnt imagine that the top of the world was actually hell itself, this is after seeing the Gorosei and Imu transform.

Basically the eternal enemy of Nika is the earth god who had humanity enslaved, the serpent is an ally of the earth god.

I think Blackbeard will either ally with Luffy to fight Imu or pull a zetsu and steal his powers but imo it would be bad writting and isnt really foreshadowed in the prophecy at all.

This is basically a story of earth god vs Nika.

Like I said in the spoiler thread, the problem with all this is that whatever that thing is seems like it far, far predates the Void Century, and we know Imu is a member of the Nerona line and very likely one of the twenty kings.

Therefore it makes much more sense for Imu to be one of the men who became gods mentioned in the second war. Because it makes no sense for the primordial god of humanity to masquerade as a member of a human bloodline for no reason at all lol.

Yall putting way too much value on Imu and missing the forest for the trees. Imu is trying to flood something far worse than him/herself.

Imu is one of the Twenty Kings, and I’m willing to bet (s)he was one of the weaker ones too. Probably had a sisterly relationship with Lili and her disagreement with Lili on the Poneglyphs was more akin to like, a Nami and Nojiko sisterly disagreement rather than like blood enemies.

Imu also likely attained immortality because she was one of the weaker Kings as well. The rest of the Kings were simply content to stop Nika and move on with their mortal lives, but Imu was so terrified of what Nika was trying to unleash that she resorted to unspeakable means to attain immortality and ensure that Nika could never again threaten the OP world.

Watch bro. Imu is a tragic figure, a pure hearted child like innocence turned into an unspeakable evil out of fear. Imu is more akin to a scared and terrified child than an actual demonic overlord.

I would bet my account on it lmfao.

My friend, this is solved by Imu being born in the second world and inheritting the power just like Luffy inherited Nikas.

The more I read the text describing the third world the more I'm confident that it's way more about Teach than Imu.
The third world might be about Blackbeard if he zetsus Imu but the troubled shadow can be either Blackbeard or Imu and the fragmented moon can be Garling Figarland who is literally shaped like a half moon or the random picture of BB crying under a half moon, I think both interpretations are fine for now.

So the final villain of this manga is just a born human who ate a devil fruit? Nah bro. The final villain of this manga is a primordial godlike entity that enslaved humanity, not a fucking girl who ate a devil fruit lol.

That’s possible and then used the OP OP surgery to make sure he remained on top

the fact that he was friends with Lily tho means that he probably wasn’t evil at first
I think the OP Op surgery is a red herring, he himself makes people immortal through his power I think he just became immortal with that power.

I agree with the later. Something mustve happened.

The hero of this manga is someone who ate a god fruit why cant the main villain be the same lol? Its Indra vs Asura all over again, also why do you think Imu is a girl lol.

Might be a red herring but I doubt it. If what you’re saying is true then the powers itself don’t grant immortality as the first creature perished

Imu must have found a way to do so, and then transferred that immortality to his underlings via his power

We will see lol. This is all very fascinating.

@Roo @Elder Lee Hung this is also worth reading since it seems Oda is taking inspiration from our real world religions:

biblically speaking, the dragon symbolizes the D(eified)EVIL or DEVIL as stated explicitly in Rev 12:9, to wit: “And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”
