Akatsuki are weak compared to OP top tiers unless we are gonna factor in Rinnegan and Sharingan Genjutsu GG hax

There is a big stat gap. Genjutsu should not work on non chakra based characters.

I can see amaterasu , deidara's tiny bombs , sarori's poison and obito's Kamui being the only things effective. Kisame also if he uses that big jutsu he used against bee.

How often was this "fact" debunked? Sweet water also works against DF User,look at Alabasta Arc where Smoker and Luffy were catched by Crocodile and almost drowned in Riverwater. Or at Skypia where Luffy almost drowned in Clouds (filled with sweetwater).

One Piece speed is way over Naruto speed. Itachi genjutsu has to be clarified, since none of them technically have counters to genjutsu.

Kisame would die to Aokiji but does have an advantage over the rest. But Kaido, Luffy, Kizaru, and Aokiji easily speed blitz him before a substantial amount of water comes out. Big Mom can also control water and Akainu can go underground.

The rest of them stand no chance, including Pain.

Not to mention logia hax
