Moving Avatar?

I noticed we have moving avatars but realize that the forum doesn't have it active when looking at people's profiles or posting status updates. Is there somewhere in the software settings itself that would allow them to move like in topics?

I think you misunderstood. they do not move when we post on our walls or other people's walls or move on our profiles when we post our status updates. I asked if that was a feature that can be toggled on. I'm sure I was clear in my OP so not sure how that was confusing. Lol
