Hie is a top 6 Logia. Logias are very rare, and Mythical Zoans even rarer than that. So there’s only so much the WG can realistically hoard

@EmperorKinyagi Gunko’s fruit literally lets her replicate G2/3 on top of being able wrap arrows around people to squeeze them, fire 3D arrows to impale people, and create pretty much whatever construct she wants. We don’t know how durable the arrows are, but she could maybe also use them to form a defensive shell around herself while still being able to attack with ranged attacks
