At first i thought the tree was a divider to tell 2 different worlds, but i think it's just one big battle.. As Ripley said the whole Mural is a child's Dream.. Where are the Forest God's Demons?..
The historical context of each conflict is barely alluded to in the mural, only the main characters.
In any case, there are no demons, the idea of devils even existing as devil fruits is a lie concocted by Imu. The fruits are made from people’s dreams, not devils at all. The devils are a story completely fabricated by Imu to create fear of the fruits and their users. So there are no demons to display on the mural except for the true devils that did/do exist, which are depicted. There are others also, which are minor in comparison, such as the beasts that are the basis of the mythical zoans who at one time did exist like Cerberus and the phoenix.

History is written by the victors

The Harley text and the Mural are unrelated so far, it was just read at the same time that Franky was watching the painting..

What you mean there are no demons, Imu's literally giving Black flames powers or whatever to the Gorosei and Holy Knights, that's his demons and Imu is the Forest God..

I think you should read my megatheory post lol

Imu is decidedly not the forest god, it is the earth god. The fruits are the result of dreams, not devils. The existence of the Nika fruit confirms this alone, but Vegapunk also states it very clearly and Blackbeard implies it. If they are ‘devils’, then there is something seriously crazy going on when Vegapunk is able to extract them from people’s dna and give it to a clone using artificial blood.

Wait, unrelated? The text literally transposed over the mural and read at the same time that the mural is shown are unrelated?

I wasn't aware you posted it, i will check it out tomorrow..

Related story wise, unrelated as the author of the book may not be the same who carved the mural.. So it's a guess to which worlds the mural depicts..

How is Imu not the Forest God, the 2nd World is the Void Century and he was the main actor to Joyboy's defeat..

Imu is the earth god who was enraged by the defiance of the slaves who defeated Nika by working with the infernal serpent that died/was sealed away in the Red Line. It was during the first conflict that Imu gained control of the anncient weapons Pluton and Uranus. Imu also fought Joyboy’s alliance with the help of the sea god and the 20 nations. Imu is the ‘troubled shadow’, quite possibly an enemy of the forest god, who is also the one to elevate the humans who united against Joyboy to their current place at the top of the world under the tree Eve, where Imu remains.
The forest god and sea god are distinct in the text from Imu with their own activities, spreading ‘demons’ and being ‘enraged’ respectively. Imu is the one who made the Celestial Dragons because it is the celestial dragon, while the forest god created the ‘devil fruits’ from human dreams which gave them the power to defeat Joyboy, who had a misguided goal of acquiring the ancient weapons.
Imu is the figure in the crown in the right side of the mural as well as the dragon at the top.
