They did Big Mom a lot better than Oda did in Wano. Her scenes weren't filled with auras either, Law + Kidd vs Big Mom was pretty grounded.

They did her about as good as Zoro. Zoro ain’t even clash with Kaido but Toei did a wholeass scene of them duking it out before Ashura scarred him and then ofc allat DBZ clash with King. Zoro even got a CoC moment before rooftop

Nah she had that unstoppable-you-can’t-put her-down type of tank “aura” but not much offense. Toei glazed the latter HARD that ACoC punch shook the ocean and Misery had some actual offensive portrayal

They buffed everybody up but BM and Zoro got the best deals outta it relative to their performance. Without a doubt. They even made the two size each other up before rooftop

Oden vs Kaidou
Gaban vs Big Mom

Lmfao this one crew alone could get rid of the entire Yonkou system 😭😭😭

No wonder they don't exist in the current timeline. Oda can only get away with making a disbanded crew this strong.

So far the Elbaf arc is going really well but like other past post time skip major arcs, once the arc starts to drag out, that is when things will probably start to slowly go downhill.

She had a much more memorable end. Kaidou went down like some filler character, no impact, nothing that sticks out. Big Mom went out yelling and was so frustrated she started blaming Roger 😭. Shit is iconic.

As much as I hated how she was portrayed as a joke, she was still a far more interesting character than Kaido and had a way better backstory as well.

Her fight on the rooftop and against Kid and Law were also better in the anime compared to the manga.
