Possible. Law already sailed deep into the new World. It was only after he started drafting is plans to take down yonkos

Scooper Gaban got a nice intro he will be opposite of Rayleigh most likely so I expect he will not be friendly with straw hat crew initially .

- Gaban stayed for 20 years in Elbaf and has scar that makes him second candidate for Man marked with flame .

If Gaban is having 4th poneglyph he is still active pirate If I remember he travelled to crocus’s place so he has crew that travels .

- Gaban also possess the key to Loki and he thinks releasing Loki would be troublesome and is willing to fight Luffy for it . I think it makes things interesting about Loki as whole is he still evil ?

Oh, yeah. 10/10 chapter for agenda piece and for solving the mystery of the man that met with Crocus as Scopper Gaban. Folks claimed he was a nobody and clowned Sanji for the parallel, now he's touted with the Pirate King and Dark King as the Minister of Love. Good chapter and week for Sanji and Sanjibros. He's officially paralleled with the Left-Hand Man of the Pirate King, who was equal with Silvers Rayleigh. Sanji is going far, guess the Kizaru and Mars match-ups aren't far-fetched anymore.

Oda has finite focus, yes, but Sanji is always in the periphery, making moves and drawing attention, even in arcs centred on others.

Oda is a goon, and while Zoro maxes out on cool, Sanji gets a lot more love.
