Kaido’s portrayal is still top 5 in pirate history, right next to the likes of WB. His feats are arguably still the best by far. I don’t know when it happened but Kaido really became Doffy 2.0 lol. People have gaslighted themselves recently. Oda can still powercreep Kaido through feats but his portrayal is in the golden zone like WB.

Shambles is instant and he was dodging Kaido’s attacks before the TB blitz

Oda needed Law and Zoro out of the rooftop so he wrote Law being a dumbass instead of just shambling zoro out of harms way

When is he gonna fight back though? He won’t have any openings, Luffy’s attack speed is far too high in Snakeman

And if he uses Shock Wille or any awakening techniques he loses Shambles completely

Super fast fighters like Luffy and Kizaru are Law’s worst matchup. BB and Big Mom are much better due to his kit
