Honestly about the presence debate.

Gaban having stronger Haki and presence than kizaru is hype but it doesn't mean he is above him.
4 billion confirms that Beckman has a steonger Haki than kizaru and stronger presence, but the ability of pika Pika is not considered and I believe kizaru does have awakening.

Also this just shows something that kizaru fans have to accept, Kuzan is above him showing Haki levels on par with Garp, but that's fine, Kuzan is Sakazuki's rival for a reason.
