So when Sanji fights a stronger opponent in the arc where Jinbe officially joins the crew while having a higher bounty than Sanji. After that he attains an inferior increase, then when the bounties are revealed it's literally in a gag panel where Zoro is now mocking Sanjis bounty as he mocked his previously. This, to you, couldn't possibly imply a gag purpose?, especially considering the fact that Jinbe is barely higher. Also never crossed your mind that Jinbes reputation, affiliations, history and all that jazz could possibly contribute to his bounty increase. Especially because this was during the time that the warlord system was being dissolved and the marines were raising the bounties/threat level of all the ex-warlords?. Does that narrative not make sense to you?.
