Like unless you can tell me why Oda changed how he redrew haki in one page different or why he had no one comment on it, you’d have a point but right now your only argument is you think he should’ve.
its just different uses of different haki techniques. buffing a blunt weapon's hardness for a blunt attack with Hardening is different from extending the range/power of slashes with ryuo/emission.
Oda has consistently only colored in haki when people are using the specific move "Armament Hardening" to make things harder. People switch between Hardening and regular Armament Haki mid-fight all the time. No one would say Luffy isn't using Haki in those first two pages, because he hits a Logia user in full element form and still draws blood.
