But I digress mihawk would never be a yonko whether he was as strong as shanks or as weak as buggy is never going happened because he simply doesn't have the resources, territories, or the forces to even become a emperor in. All you guys talk about is mihawk's individual strength like that matters. For example if kaido didn't have the things that I mentioned mihawk doesn't have and he was under the world government's thumb he will also become a Shichibukai no matter how individually strong kaido was currently.

They would never give him a 3B Bounty just because of his influence on Mihawk and Crocodile. They deadass also believe hes a monstrous Abilitys that made him once a Equal to Shanks lol

everything you said was correct except for individual power that doesn't matter. Mihawk can be as strong as shanks as far as the world government is concerned but they will still chase and attack mihawk but not shanks plus his crew because they got the forces and mihawk doesn't.
