Katakuri is Special with his mouth, which is his whole characterization. And since BM wanted all races in her Crew it’s a fair assumption he is not pure human too.

Gekko Moria is obviously also Not a classic human by size and Body Form. Barto is just living his edgy Vampire live Style.

That is simply your assumption. If that would be the Case, he could have gone for Kaido directly before, or Big Mum, or Blackbeard, or later on Luffy. But they were Never his goal. His goal was always specificly Shanks. He was even on Totoland and stole the porneglyph as far as we know, but he had no Business with attacking big mum. Which he himself said. But with Shanks he had already at this Point.

so what was the differencw between a Yonko on which Island he already is and a Yonko not knowing where he is when he just want to take down one yonko, no matter which?

You just make things up. Kid was repelled, he took what he wanted and left. He himself said he simply had no Business with big mum.
But for some reason he has Business with Shanks. And i just have pointed my theory about what this Business is.

If it was about attacking a Yonko, he easily could have attacked Big Mum or her crew on totoland, but he simply didnt, he had no Business with her.
