Okay. In all seriousness, Oda seems to have backed off from big numbers ever since Koza in Alabasta led an army of 2 million rebels. The closest since then were the 100,000 "elite" marines at Marineford and Hody's gang of 100,000 fishmen (LOL). Right now, I would hesitate to cap Kaido's forces at 20,000 or overestimate the size of Big Mom's. These are the troops available in Wano for the Fire Festival and not an all-out war against the Strawhats or anyone.

Like how Oda shut up people who thought BM was significantly below Kaido in power, these things tends to come around as the two Yonkou parallel each other. Kaido could gather troops from territories that are not Wano and end with 50,000 Beast and BM pirates a piece, the exact amount to match the fleet of 100,000 Franky is building. We are not in the final war, just the Tea Party equivalent. Those are my thoughts on the numbers matter.

I too think that there are more men to the Beast Pirates than 20 000 soldiers but that at least a good portion of the crew and their allies are patrolling or garrisoned in the other countries controlled by Kaido, you can't control an empire if your whole army is present in only one country.

20000k men power on land, probably 20000-30000k on sea with ships, combinated Big mom probably has a army of 40000-50000 soldiers which is very huge and dangerous.

I mean Kaido has only 20000k withour Orochi troup, but to be fair Big mom controlling more islands. Still the number of Big mom army is insane large, in currently combination they have over 80000 at least.

No wonder why the Navy fear such a alliance between Yonkous.

Big mom has tons of battleships, probably even 1000. And a large huge ships with great fire power. On land and sea Big mom has a great army. Also tons of Ministers,Strong normal pirates(as Tamago), the Veterans and of course Sweet commanders show why no one yet defeat Big mom on her territory. To attack Big mom you would need a huge large army.

It would certainelyy be a great mistake to underestimate the Big Mom Pirates as a military force, they have a Yonko for captain with titanic brute force and durability who can cause shockwaves with her sword, the ability to instantly kill most soldiers with her Soul Pocus, has weather and fire control with her Special Homies, four Yonko Commanders who are very formidable fighters and can easely beat most captains and marine VAs and with formidable df and abilities that are great for support and attack such as Katakuri's multi-limbs creations, awakening, FS, Smoothie's ability to juice out things and save people from poison, Cracker's biscuit soldiers that he can create at will and his constructs formidable's durability, Snack's abilities are unknown but he's certainely formidable too. Also the crew as you said has a tons of strong fighters with very various and useful abilities (such as Oven's heat df to melt weapons or boil the ocean, Daifuku's Genie to destroy ships and opponents at distance, Galette's restraining butter, Bobbin's soporific power, Brulée's abilitity to reflect back attacks and to give acess to the Mirror World, Opera's burning cream, Mont d'Or's magical books, Perospero's candy that can be used to create weapons, shields or armors or walls or to restrain opponents, etc...), tens of thousands of soldiers, dozens of ships, Tarte tanks, thousands of Homies to support the crew, etc...

Plus Big Mom can possibly turn robotic or cyborg opponents such as the Pacifistas or powerful beast into Homies and there are at least two Coc users (BM and Katakuri) in the crew.

I have always been curious to see Katakuri and Smoothie's relation and to know if he's protective of her just like he is with most of his siblings, if she knows about his mouth and true personnality and if he thinks and want that she can surpass him as a fighter.

Probably, Big Mom partially inspired by the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland and Streusen fits the King's role who has a degree of control over the Queen despite her being the dominant ruler and who often cancels some of her orders behind her back which fits his influence over Linlin, his essential role in the founding and functionnement of the crew despite looking insignificant in the crew's heriarchy and him having manipulated Linlin ever since their first meeting.

This makes it only more likely that Streusen will have a significant role in the future, likely in Elbaf arc.

I hope that we'll see not only of what Smoothie and Compote are capable of in a fight in Wano arc but also more of their personnalities and how they get along with their siblings and act as the big sisters of the family alongside Amande and Brulée.

The most question for me is if we gonna see them already in fire festival?
To make it clear out, In my opinion the alliance getting asskicked in fire festival and it will take a second round/war to take on Big mom/Kaido, as Coby say in the last chapter the Navy can´t take right now on a yonkou because of the Shichibukai. Probably after the Shichibukai thing they can finally move. So the alliance is on their own way and their is no way that they could even think to defeat both Big mom and Kaido(Top strongest characters overall in One piece verse).

In that case do you guys think the Big mom pirates already get the chance to clap the alliance alongside with Orochi and Kaido force?
If yes I have high hopes that Compote and Smoothie gonna destroy someone from the alliance very bad to show how dangerous and bad it could be to take on two Yonkous in same time as Zoro foreshadowed this..

Daifuku and Oven having 300mio shock me very much, I though they could easily have at least over 500mio. It would be surprise for me if Compote would have even higher bounty then them. But in that case it would hype Compote even more as character, she would have a bounty close to a sweet commander who would show her threat and power.

I don´t would it mind if Smoothie take out Ashura and Compote a another strong fighter.
Im so hype to see finally the Big mom pirates in action, at least for Smoothie and Compote. Be honest I was feeling like they get nerfed in Whole Cake island, so probably Oda having full hand to let them go on full all out battle. If not in the first war, im sure in the second war against the Navy(If this gonna happen) will show the great power of Big mom and her crew even without having Katakuri,Snack,Oven and Cracker. For some reason Oda nerf the crew and make it half powerfull, to give a good battle with the Navy.

Your guys though about Compote Devil fruit power?

I have the feeling that Smoothie might be able to fight equally against Gion or Tokitake if the BMP really fight the marines which I really want to see.
As for Oven and Daifuku's bounties it's clear that these bounties are not a good indication of their power and that they should be at least higher than Tamago's who is less powerful and lower in the crew hierarchy.
I am pretty certain than Compote has the fruit df and that she can grow and control fruits at will such as making giant beanstalks like the Giant Jack of Skypeia, explosive fruits or stinky ones.

I think that they might be present in Onigashima when the alliance will try to overthrow Kaido and of course they will contribute to the alliance getting their butts kicked. They may later be separated from the Beast Pirates either due to Big Mom and Kaido having a falling out or due to a marine intervention with them battling the marines with BM fighting one admiral, Smoothie battling Gion or Tokitake and Compote, Daifuku and Perospero fighting VAs and new Pacifistas.
After that they may leave Wano and reunite with those who stayed in Totto Land.

This chapter confirmed that Big mom and Kaido fightning each other in the past, probably about the territory. Can see Kata and the others clash with the calamities in the past.

Also my theory about Shanks having the strongest commander almost confirmed too. Probably someone as Yasopp having even over 1.5B. Ben Beckman is probably even low-mid top tier.
