It depends on if they are overhyped garbage for EoS strawhats or not. Rn, we can't tell what Oda plans to do with them this arc and I mean, one of them is already awakened with a mythical zoan. That character isn't looking that garbage.

I don't think all of them are some low top tier characters but I'd definitely put many of them above your average commander. Otherwise, there's no reason to introduce a stronger group than the CP0 if the majority of them are comparable to the CP0 high members.
