Aye Saiyans for sure cause of zenkai, cell is a big one as well since he became super cell after blowing himself up
No one else really gets a boost from death in the series from what I can recall unless there's one in GT, Super, or Daima

Thunder Shock Surprise could be it, but I feel that Paralyze, as well an action succeeding, wouldn't trigger Cell. So that leaves Final Spirit Cannon or Mystic Flasher, both actions that failed. Either could be the action that triggered Cell, but I feel like a failed kill triggering Cell makes a lot of sense.

I don't know guillo at all, but I've played a couple of games with him and think he's a confident and decently skilled player; I think he could argue against any fallback he might get from that.
