Portrayal... as in when Oda had Doffy humiliate Jozu?
Or as in when Oda spelled out that Mihawk is superior to Shanks?

We never use Ace in the agenda for a good reason, he’s simply not strong enough to hype Akainu even though he was YC1 more or less

What happened to portrayal

Exactly I ended up with several people stating you can't use MF for scaling then use that for doflamingo and proceds to ignore for sengoku and mihawk.

Blud, you do remember that Jinbe fought evenly with a stronger version of Ace, right? So is it Jinbe > Hanafuda >~ Doflamingo >> Katakuri?

It only proves that Jinbei isn't really below Doffy

Doffy is the weakest og warlord

Prime Moriah/ Hanafuda both clears since they clashed Kaido and earned his respect (at least hanafuda did)
Mihawk is above any warlord
Current Crocodile is above Doffy. At MF, he didn't even view Doffy to be worthy of an alliance
Hancock is also superior : she got invited for her strength while doffy had to blackmail

Jinbei fought evenly against Ace who defeated someone above Doffy

Bit better, but then really, Kid somehow manages to defeated, threaten and terrify Snack enough for him for him to betray Big Mom like that? And no one else notices?

Does Snack not have the brains to simply... tell BM what happened? Raise the alarm at some point, send the whole furious army after a crew that would get wrecked in seconds?

The whole thing raises a lot of questions and I don’t think there’s any satisfactory answers to them.

BM pirates suffer from authoritarian leadership, no one speaks out because of the consequence of failing. We saw this in WCI where the one grunt lied about Luffy not escaping.

It happens quite a lot in real life as well.

Luffy defeated Doffy (the bootleg version of Kaido's partner) while Ace defeated his og warlord partner (Hanafuda)

This makes me kind of believe Hanafuda > Doffy honestly
Not only was he better in terms of the supplies he gave to Kaido (Doffy only gave shitty SMILE fruits while Hanafuda had genuine Devil Fruits, with some of them being Ancient Zoans), but he also lost to someone stronger than who Doffy lost to (Ace > Dressrosa Luffy). Also Kaido seemed to trust and like him more than he did with Doffy.
