I think with Dest 1.0's theory on Cell, and the way he voted and pushed guillo, plus Final Spirit Cannon belonging to Bardock, is a good enough avenue for me to follow through on guillo.

I think Cell's Conditional Form could have been triggered by being targeted by a kill shot or by a Saiyan ability.
