Imo why the others won't
1. Bb - he seems to have some plan to invade the wg and do something which will likely raise his bounty. On top of that he may get a bump for beating law who was worth 3 bil. Thing is I doubt it puts him in the 5 bil range and his bounty stops once luffy beat him for pk. Imo his bounty stops at 4.5 bil and being pk would probably make him in the 5 bil range.

2. Shanks - he more or less wants the world to be as balanced as possible. He doesn't do anything to raise his bounty much and we know he's not going to be pk. He may get a bump for beating kidd that was worth 3 bil but I doubt he ever reaches 5 bil. Imo his bounty stops around 4.2 bil and being pk would probably have put him in the 5 bil range.

3. Law - there's really nothing for him. Even if he finds the truth of the world and helps expose it I doubt that puts him in the 5 bil range. Even if he does that and beats a admiral or gorosei 1 v 1 at most he'll be in the 4 bil range with these accomplishments. Imo even if law does this he'll be around 4 bil even

4. Zoro - imo we already got a ides of his eos bounty from Mihawk. Mihawk was credited with a almost 3.6 bil bounty mainly from being wss and joining a yonko crew. When zoro beats him he'll be known the wss and right hand of the pk. At most zoro may get boosted to the 4 bil range. Then if he beats a gorosei and a admiral he may be in the mid to high 4 bil range but I doubt he ever reaches 5. Imo zoro caps at 4.8 bil if he does all this

Kong has no real power or influence, and Oda doesn´t remember that he exists lol. Lets be real

Only WB & Roger have 5B+ bounties

Stop taking CG bounties seriously

Oda didn't even bother hype FA Akainu CH bounty in the manag or sbs
We've seen Akainu since CG got revealed...zero hype around him being equal or above Yonko due to his CG bounty

We haven´t seen him since the CG bounty for him was revealed, so this doesn´t really mean anything

How on earth do you miss the whole piint with kong starting with if? Kong has control over the marines and his the top guy in the wgs entire military which the marines are just a part of. This thread is about possible 5 bil characters and Kong is a definite candidate if he's given a bounty by cross guild. Why are you getting butt hurt and where do guys like you come from that think you already know everything in the story? How do you know cross guild won't expand thier bounty system? You mad because Kong may have a higher bounty than akainu? Akainu gets his bounty from his rank of fleet admiral. Anyone that reaches the rank of fleet admiral gets a 5 bil bounty. The rank of commander-in-chief is above fleet admirals so by cross guild standards if it was given a bounty it would be higher than fleet admirals.

He's second only to the gorosei and imu. He has more power and influence than akainu.

I was wondering why in a thread about bounties, Ndule still had not yet come complaining about Akainu's bounty.

Now all is in place.

No he´s not. Notice how the Gorosei have never interacted with him in the manga ever. He has a meaningless desk job so the WG looks more complicated then total celestial dragon rule

Lmao mentioning Law and Zoro but not Kidd.

Zoro fans should be grateful if he surpasses 3b. And no reason for Law's bounty to increase after this.

Kidd will be the first one there after Luffy. He easily has the highest potential.

Kidd already has a 3b bounty with zero haki lmao.

Luffy > Kidd > huge gap > the other supernovas

You use common sense you are ignoring the authority Kong has. Akainu has movr narrative importance so is shown more. Akainu is shown more than imu and imu has never ordered the maines to do anything. Most of the wg doesn't even know about imu so akainu is above imu by your logic right? Fanboying has its limitations you can't rewrite what's in the manga. Kong has a higher rank than akainu and has vastly more authority than akainu.

We know Imu has authority because we see him order the Gorosei around. We don´t see Kong order anyone around with his position, in fact it is the Gorosei who actually give the marines orders. Even for something as minor as Kuzan leaving marine hq to go biking, the marines instantly contact the Gorosei,ignoring Kong completely

Kong is also not at the warlord meeting in Jaya, even though on paper it could be his job, instead Sengoku is sent to deal with it.
