The prosecutions opening statement.(

Your Honor, Members of the Jury, and Fellow Participants of this Grand Tribunal,
We gather here today to lay forth the irrefutable case against
Yoho and his accomplice,
CoC: Colour of Clowns, for their crimes against the sanctity of our community. This is a trial that will determine whether justice shall prevail or whether we shall allow degeneracy and treachery to infiltrate our ranks. The evidence is overwhelming, and the conclusion is inevitable:
Yoho is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.
Count 1: Conspiracy and Collusion with the Furry Underground
It has come to our attention that Yoho has been in
cahoots with the furries, working alongside their leader, the infamous
@Pot Goblin. His mission? To
infiltrate and corrupt our sacred community from within. The evidence is clear:
- Exhibit A: The Vaporeon Incident. A blatant display of furry degeneracy, Yoho was caught engaging with, defending, and even advocating for the furries in open discussion. A critical red flag that cannot be ignored.
-
- Exhibit B: The “Would” Message. A seemingly simple word, yet filled with treacherous implications. This message suggests that Yoho is not only aligned with furries but is also willing to engage with their kind. A sentiment no pure-hearted member of our community would entertain.
-
- Exhibit C: CoC’s Involvement. CoC: Colour of Clowns, his known accomplice, has been directly instructed by Pot Goblin himself. This establishes a clear link between Yoho’s actions and the larger furry conspiracy. He was never acting alone.
-
This is no mere coincidence. This is a
coordinated effort to corrupt and dismantle our ranks from within.
Yoho is a saboteur, a Trojan horse placed in our midst to fracture us. The jury must recognize the imminent threat this represents and act accordingly.
Count 2: 1st Degree Murder – Two Counts
Beyond the realm of mere ideological treason, Yoho has also proven himself to be a
cold-blooded killer.
- Exhibit D: The Hunger Games Murders. In the infamous forum game (https://worstgen.alwaysdata.net/forum/threads/hunger-games-wg-edition.65432/), Yoho mercilessly slaughtered both MangoSenpai and Warchief Sanji D Goat. This was no accident. This was no mistake. This was murder in the first degree—calculated, intentional, and triumphant.
-
- His triumphant declaration after committing these heinous acts showcases a lack of remorse, an enjoyment of violence, and a desire for further bloodshed.
- Premeditation. His actions were not born from self-defense, nor were they necessary. He made a conscious choice to eliminate his comrades.
Should we allow a murderer to walk free among us?
Absolutely not.
Count 3: Betrayal of the Family
Perhaps the most damning of all his crimes,
Yoho has betrayed the very family that took him in. The group known as
Relo’s Circle trusted him, accepted him, and treated him as one of their own.
Yet, behind closed doors, he plotted their downfall.
- Yoho’s mission was clear: He was given instructions by the furry overlord Pot Goblin to undermine and dismantle Relo’s Circle from within.
- His loyalty was never real. While he stood beside us, laughing and sharing in our victories, he was secretly working against us.
- The evidence speaks for itself. His association with CoC and Pot Goblin is no accident; it is proof of an insidious betrayal.
- Attempted Sabotage. Not only was he planning to leave, but he intended to take others with him, leading them into the degeneracy of the furry underground.
This is not simply an act of defection. This is the
highest level of betrayal. A wolf in sheep’s clothing, Yoho has attempted to
tear apart our very foundation. We cannot allow this treason to go unpunished.
Final Plea to the Jury
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury,
do not be deceived by Yoho’s words. His crimes are blatant, his guilt undeniable. The evidence before you paints a clear picture of a man who has
betrayed his comrades, murdered in cold blood, and aligned himself with the degeneracy we swore to oppose.
There is only
one possible verdict that can be reached here today:
GUILTY.
Yoho is not just a traitor. He is not just a murderer.
He is the single greatest threat our community has faced.
To allow him to walk free would be to
invite destruction upon ourselves.
Let justice be served.
