With the lack of almost anything or this is a great chapter (unlikely) or it's a mediocre one.
In Oda's defense, this week's chapter has to be somewhat transitional for pacing reasons. He's set up three different storylines--Loki's unchaining, the HK's attack on the kids, and Shamrock's return to MJ--whose climaxes will have to play into one another to some degree. The second storyline has the most meat at the moment, so most of the chapter should be devoted to that. Shamrock's return to MJ could be used either as infodump for some shocking revelation about Loki, just as this one is finally fully freed, or about Harald's past. As for Loki's situation, it's been milked already to its almost completion: either it's finally resolved--Loki fully freed or chained again or KO'd--or it should be off-paneled until the resolution can play into the larger story.
So, yeah, I expect 98% of the chapter to be about giants kids, nightmares, and the HK scheming and laughing evily from afar, while 2% could be split between Shamrock and Loki, or used only for one of the two to deliver some cliffhanger for next week.
