To be fair, given his passive specifically mentions outlasting certain roles, I think he can be killed.

I do, however, think it's nothing we can affect. Either one of his abilities will make him vulnerable, or an event a certain number of days in will. Definitely not our top priority for now.

Yeah it is. I think it's just meant to be a fun role for the player to troll and shit post a bit. Doesn't make much sense for Aizen to actually break free and fuck us in this game. Like I said, maybe in an actual super role madness game, but I'd be surprised if Aizen isn't just what he says he is this game.

Didn't Fooj hotwire his role and said that Aizen loses if the roles he needs to outlast are still alive if game ends?

If Aizen reaches end game before eliminating his targets he loses by default, he does not count for parity and cannot target anyone directly for the most part.​

Could also plausibly be an emergency balancing lever - so if we end up wiping out the scum in a few days (which doesn't seem impossible with how many abilities everyone has) or they surrender, Aizen can break out and give us a more challenging endgame. Nothing to worry about for now, though.
