I think it's possible Blackbeard is Buccaneer mixed with something else, but I don't think it's Tontatta if he is mixed.
Usopp's mom was just a regular human, but if she wasn't, perhaps Yasopp went out to sea to search for a cure or medicine and was too ashamed to return after she died?
Lunarian abilities are pretty straightforward. Buccaneers are the only ones said to have a special power that isn't quite explained yet.
We don't have a definitive answer, but I'm confident Sanji doesn't possess Lunarian DNA, so if his "passion" is the source of his fire, I suspect that's due to Buccaneer DNA, which he either inherited from mother - which would explain why Judge chose - or the concoction she took to counteract the genetic modifications.
