Kaido literally says they’re using Ryuo. Ryuo and penetration haki is the same thing

And penetration haki = advanced armament

It’s all the same thing

makes no sense for it to be penetration. Hyougoro didn't know how to use penetration and I doubt that his prime self is weaker than any of the scabbards.

See the sword on the left? It's from the entrance to Onigashima.
+ They informed that Perospero and Marco arrived from the entrance it looks like Perospero is walking and possibly taking out Beast fodders and talks to Marco who is flying close to him. Pero is smart so does Marco. They got into mutual agreement imo.
