There is a lot of things that history and archeology can't prove about the bible, but there is also quite a bit of historic/archeological stuff that validates stuff in there. All in all, i would say it is a riddle that is currently a work in progress. Lots of stuff are still to be found. Look up the discoveris made about egyptian pyramids these past few days, its crazy stuff.

Without lookkng too deep into these kind of things,it's already was proven that the great pyramid of Gizeh function like a power generator. And that Nicolai Tesla tried to replicate it. Yeah,its really some rabbit hole to discover.

There is no rabbit hole. You are placing your hopes into pseudoscientific theories created by neocolonizers to undermine the wonders of engineering of Egyptians and justify the appropriation of ressources instead of placing them into real world people who can change things.

But you can prove that claims made by conspiracy theorist are false. Not only false but also sociologically charged in racism and colonialism. Those claims are made for one reason : White people do not consider ancient non europeean civilization as capable of creating such things as pyramids.
