I didn’t know dating was that hard. I find it hard enough to get into a relationship as I’ve never been in one before, likely because of my Autism.

I’ll tell you one thing that makes dating moderately difficult - going to the anime forum for advice on the topic…sure, some of us are in successful/healthy relationships, but having talked to so many members of this message board over the years, a lot of it has to do with an inability to engage with others in an acceptable manner. When you’re just spewing horrible rhetoric at strangers who have different ideas and beliefs without trying to understand where they’re coming from or showing any interest in learning their background, that’s definitely a sign of social immaturity and doesn’t lend to knowing how to be cool in real-life interactions. I won’t say I’m not guilty of the aforementioned behavior, but I am a pretty charming guy here and offline, so despite being only moderately handsome, my personality has gotten me places and connections with romantic partners that my online persona couldn’t imagine :BigW:
