What makes u think that Zoro has no FS? Just because he didn't get special snowflake treatment and 15 training chapters for it?
Zoro has shown far, far better reaction to threats as well as better foresight than official FS user Luffy throughout Wano to Elbaf.
But let's pretend he doesn't have FS. Katakuri would see what zoro will do but he's neither capable of overpowering him as he's weaker, nor is he capable of dodging him as he's slower. Katakuri would see millions of versions of his own downfall just like Dr Strange did in Endgame.

It took Snakeman speed to bypass FS. Zoro doesn’t have any attack that is that fast including Shishisonson. Zoro doesn’t have a single AOE attack that can’t be dodged. Zoro can pull out any attack he wants including Asura, if Kat is using FS (which) he will dodge it.
King of hell doesn’t make him fast enough to bypass FS also none of the shit your saying has been stated. KOH just increases his haki output.
If you think Tatsumaki can’t be dodged then you must also agree that no one can dodge Bajrang gun because it dwarfs it.

Law is a tricky fighter with impressive battle iq and one of the best DFs.
If Zoro’s whole battle with Shiryu is about how to sense him while he's invisible and one shot him it would be stupid imo.
He has to be strong enough to be a threat against current Zoro who is one of the strongest characters in the verse.
