When it comes to Sanji vs Queen, I personally believe that fight was really good in the anime, a bit more better compared to the manga.

I also now believe that the only reason why that fight was good in the anime was mainly because of Queen, the Toei staff really loved Queen because in the anime he had some really funny moments and some really cool scenes as well.

Queen was well loved in the anime, and the addition of the breaking of the iron mask was good. However, they did make IJ look less impressive by having queen be just BFRed and not knocked out by it.
