This is not harassing as you can see Sanji fan is not happy with the biases Zoro fans have, but zoro fans are using soft violence against him by saying he is doing something unreasonable to the staff.

What is soft violence, it is exactly what Toei is doing to Sanji and his fans. Toei is doing something unforgivable by changing original material but when someone says the obvious they blame him with the thing exactly they are doing.
