Very high potential. And him being put on the same pedestal as Shiki and Captain John. Makes him more hype.

I see where you’re coming from, and I’m on board because we already have so many hyped characters like Scopper Gaban that Oda hasn’t done a hell of a lot with yet...kinda hoping he’s not just mentioning more to set up further plot lines since the overarching story already has a lot of threads to resolve. Ergo, this would be a great way to slyly bring Scopper into the story without making it more bloated.
