Rules you can only use a character for one attribute. For example, if you use Blackbeards physiology, you can’t use the Yami or the Gura (Unless you use WB the loop hole lol).

Because, there are characters with abnormal qualities that don’t seem to be because of their race. One example is Big Mom another is Blackbeard.

- Power Increases by 200% in Night
- During Eclipse , He's immortal with no Restriction to his Powers.
- Can regenerate by Consuming Other's Blood.
- High speed Zoan Model and Marco/Logia like Intangiblity.
- Mind Control.
- One time only Ability , Can Summon the Devil Fruit Beast Himself to Fight on his Behalf and then the user dies. (Consider it more like Law Immortality Surgery)

Awakening:
- Teleportation
- Can Instill Fear in anyone , Dropping their fighting will and Abilities strength by how Strong their will is.
- Awakening Special Ability , More Blood he consumes , more younger he gets , Once he stop , he will start aging again.
- Future Sight and Mind reading Ability (advanced CoO and Mantra Ability) but more from DF perspective not Haki.

CoO : Roger ( he got no feats but seeing both his left and right wing, one of his rival, his protegee etc all showing great CoO feats, i assume Roger would be like the top of the ladder)
CoA : Ryuma (maybe?)
CoC : Joyboy
DF : Yami
Weapon : Ragnir (since it's the only canon powerful weapon usable for ancient giant)
Fighting styles: Prime WB ( i assume he would be the best with all 3 types of fighting techniques i.e weaponry + Hand to hand + DF)

It's weird that you don't put speed/agility, since these is also one of the most important stats. I would pick Prime Garp for this.

So with an ancient race = best raw strength and pure mass advantage
Physiology of Big mom = makes you stronger 50 times or more, oh shit !!
Yami = Cheap hack to counter all DF user, let it be spring spring no mi or Sun God Nika fruit
Rest of the stats are more than enough to fight any non DF user and win.

Race - Lunarian (they have the strongest starting stats of any race)
Physiology - bb ( can't beat having multiple df)
CoO - kata ( best usage of fs)
CoA - ryuma (imo the best coa user ever)
CoC - joyboy ( best coc feat)
Weapon - Yoru so far seems like the strongest weapon
Df 1 - light df for great speed , aoe, DC, and ap abilities
Df 2 - Marco's df for extreme survivability in every situation and boosting all physical stats
Fighting style - I'd go with Roger since the weapon is a sword.

Explanation for odd choices:
Brawlers can not get disarmed.
Haki can nullify DF powers like poison and so on, but it can not put the oxygen back into the air.
And everyone needs to breathe.

Race: Ancient Giant or Lunarian (I think Lunarian would be good)
Physiology: BB (2 DFs are really busted)
CoO: Shanks
CoA: Mihawk
CoC: JB (Mihawks and Ryumas not confirmed yet in manga)
Weapon: Yoru (no contest), Shusui, Shodai Kitetsu
DF1: Azure Dragon (shit is busted, with Lunarian genes you are invincible)
DF2: Gura (the last of the WS title holder)
Style: Zoros 3 SS or Ryumas 1 SS

Trying to create the strongest character so far. For race, Lunarians have the most hype, AGs are second best if not equal (supreme strength but due to size you become big target).
BBs physiology is a no brainer being able to wield multiple DFs. Shanks has shown the best CoO (Mihawk and Fuji are others imo), Mihawk has best CoA (actually it's overall haki feat imo but we have yet to get confirmation of his CoC and you can use a character only once), JB has best CoC feat so far in the manga.
Weapons depends on fighting style, Yoru is obviously strongest, Shusui, Murakomogiri, Kaidos Kanabo have great hype, followed by Ace, Shodia Kitetsu, Ragnar imo (unfortunately GBs BB has got no name or mention yet).
DFs are of the WSC and WSM (WSSs weapon and CoA already used).
Style is difficult for me, Zoros 3SS is made to surpass Musashis 2SS but Ryuma has the legend of one shotting his opponents. I really want to use Ryuma so I will just add another category of soul and hve Ryumas as the greatest warrior's soul.

Strongest race, strongest hakis, strongest weapons, strongest DFs, best fighting style, broken physiology, greatest warrior's soul.
