So what’s the power to bypass this regen ability for you?
Imo you need a strong conquerors haki to damage Gorosei/Holy Knights, if I’m not mistaken Luffy didn’t use adcoc vs the Gorosei in Egghead and this is strange. Imu was scared of Joyboy coc haki and the Gorosei were sent back to Mary Geoise. Dorry and Brogy said that JoyBoy haki was similar to Shanks haki and we know the Gorosei are scared of him ( Via road to Laughtale vol.2)

Make most sense to be honest.
The Gorosei are the Royal Guards for Imu, his personal top 5 members in the WG while the Holy Knights are one rank below.

Same as how Calamity are above flying six or sweet commanders above veterans.

The Gorosei have both Regen and Immortal powers, Holy Knights only have regen power.

By the way the Holy Knights as main villains of the arc would be pretty boring imho. So it must happen something in the next chapters that will bring a twist to the arc. Maybe coming from the Heaven World or from the outside

Adding one nuke man probably won't change the tide, surely Celestial Dragon casualty is guaranteed. They even have Saturn there as well and he can summon the rest of the Gorosei. The combined number of Holy Knights and Gorosei are more than enough to handle the Rocks and Roger pirates. Unless Rocks or Roger has Joyboy's haki level.
