Toei adds and removes small scenes all the time this doesn't just happen to Sanji.
The Sanji fandom just has a persecution fetish so they make a big deal out of it.
Toei literally had him beat characters he did not in theanga before and had him use armament haki multiple times whereas in the manga we are still waiting for a single armament haki panel from sanji.

Yh Toei showed Sanji can use armament hardening in the anime where it's easier to show distinct colors as opposed to a black and white manga great job! lol. The fact that this armament ting is still a topic of discussion just goes to show the state of this fanbase at times. Nobody is saying Sanji always gets shite animation, he's still one of the most popular characters in the series and the 3rd strongest SH so he will get good animation. However, giving him good animation at times doesn't suddenly invalidate some of the atrocities they commit with his character. There's a reason why that poll option for "yes" has double the number of votes for "no" and even some neutral fans have conceded that he's indeed treated unfairly by toei on the balance of tings so miss me with this "Sanji fans have persecution complex" gaslighting.
