Why do hamsters look so cute 
Btw, they're actually mid rodent pets, both Syrian (the one in the gif – big and somewhat handleable) and Djungarian (smol and even more overwhelmingly cute, albeit much less hand-friendly) hammies. Rats, chinchillas, gerbils and degus are all quite a bit better in their own ways. Hell, I'd prefer guinea piggies to hamsters, at least to Syrian ones mb.

I think its matchup based, imo he can beat BM if he saves G5 for the finish, also some admirals. @Kurozumi Wiwi also seems to agree with me that he would do better against certain top tiers, its really matchup based imo.

New Yonko are 3B bounty level pirates
OG Yonko are 4B bounty level pirates.
Hence why Teach’s bounty is as close as you can get to 4B without actually crossing that threshold. He’s close to that level, but not quite there yet. Luffy is at 3B because he’s still a “young sapling”
