Holy Knights have been randomly name dropped several times since the end of Wano already, without anything suggesting they're mean to be secret. Back during W7 we were actually told CP9 was mean to be a secret group the moment they got introduced.

To be fair, they likely aren't as well known as the marine since their role is more specific than the "world police" so most citizens will never encounter or hear about a a Holy Knight in their life but I don't see any real reason to assume their existence is actively concealed aside from agenda (aka WG lied about admirals being their strongest fighting force because they don't want anybody to know they actually have a strongest force for some reason).

Gorosei said it that the marines ( Navy) are their public face

They themselves and HKs are unknown to the public
They got far greater powers and cannot be killed

Admirals are their strongest military force in the public world.

It doesn't mean Admirals > gorosei /imu /Shamrock

We can scale Admirals over HKs cause they are getting beaten by non top tiers soon

Interesting, that's what most feel online.

Personally I got the vibe that current Jon is decent by adult standards and could be great at full adulthood.

Like maybe not Jaime/Loras level etc, just very very good. Like an A-tier fighter.

Mainly because of how well he did against Iron Emmett and Mance who was dusguised as Rattleshirt, but also I remember a blog post fantasy match thing by GRRM where Jaime suggested Jon as his second. I don't 100% remember though.

Fighter like Jamie and Arthur were probably trained properly.
Whereas Jon had no proper training from someone experienced.

I frankly don't see jon winning against Jamie or even hound.
He does carry a valyrian blade but...... doesn't say about his skills.
