They most likley fight them if the order to but it really looks like jobs is doing other stuff .
It took revs starving the CD and word war coming up for us to see them do something .
So fighting pirates most likely not there normal job.

Doffy was the only complex villain of Post time skip. They Had Hordy but Somehow Arlong got uplifted from that arc lol. Seen a freak , had a past himself. And entire Nami/Jimbei taking head scene. Plot plotted back then.

There were a lot of aspect to Kat personality.
Hody was perfect and even better in this day and age , him being racist for no reason hit home more than ever before cause that is the world we living in.
BM was not irritating to me but not the best either but i do agree don has been best time skip villain.
Still pre time skip villain were not than complex hell we hardly even get back story on them back in days that was something that change with the time skip .
