All fodder Celestial Dragon like Charlos and the Gorosei have the Saint title
There must be a reason why Shamrock doesn't have a Saint title.

We know in One Piece that most biological parents are bad.
Perhaps he can't live up to Garling's high expectations?

Do you think he has a one-sided rivalry with Shanks? Buggy was also jealous of Shanks.

Might be an error, and Oda just forgot to put it, Garling has the Saint title and that's his Papa

An other option is Shamrock doesn't like the Saint title and disavowed it but stays in mariejose and protects thanks to a sense of duty of protecting the place he grew up

Shamrock imo never gave the impression he was just pure evil or wicked just a Man doing what he needs to do, in fact i get that feeling from most of the god knights

They arent heartless or evil for the sake of evil they're victims of their environment

I agree he may be jealous of Shanks and his ability to sail the seas and truly be free I imagine we'll see a flash back of them meeting for the first time and Shanks offering Shamrock a chance to come with 🤔

Gunko is probably not her real name so we will get the saint title with the full name and house reveal.

In Shamrock's case the intro box had too much text already or something.

I do not think that the title was omitted or forgotten in Shamrocks case. Since Oda remembered to add it to his fathers name in the intro box, but rather, Shamrock does not have it and neither does Gunko.
