Group to attack the legs and groups climb on top of it with the goal to take out the eyes, if successful you basically have a slow down, injured elephant by the time the 4th or 5th wave is attacking

The goal should be to fatigue it, to the point where it will be pretty much immobile and easy to climb and force to collapse
