Yeah. I have an x shot to determine levels and a passive that tells me if they are beyond normal mortality level (so they would be at the top of the top tier). I'm feeling it is a godfather detector so to speak, though not 100% knowing Fuji

It’s a delayed status effect that reduces max HP by 1 but doesn’t kill if they have 1hp.

It can also be healed

Literally only did it with hopes of being shot back at + for the memes

No. The Mehs are all more scum leans. I think Stargate is also pretty transparently scum this game since he isn’t contributing at all as opposed to Blue Lock when he was also inactive, but at least had reads while here he just does nothing.
