Tbh I am mixed on this. Gaban winning here would just feel wrong and Oda prioritizing hyping up good guys over villains, however if Gaban does lose here hostage business or not, no one will ever view him as relative to Rayleigh in portrayal again.

If Bonney joins the crew, Colun for Nakama can be a thing.
Bonney can change ages fairly easily, and they only need Colun to be an adult while fighting, he can handle himself otherwise, Luffy even complimented him.
Colun straight up dodged an Elephant gun; Gyaban's kid joining the crew would make him proud, too. Rayleigh trained Luffy like he was his child; Luffy trains Gyaban's Child, Colun. Works well.
Colun and Bonney have also somehow not met, despite being children who are large (Bonney can become a Giant if she wishes with her Distorted Future), who have pink hair, and whose father's are famous pirates. IMO Colun and Bonney will get along well/possibly argue a bit, they're kids.
If Gunko is a slave turned Celestial Dragon, like many think, Gunko vs Bonney is interesting (I also want Bonney to turn Gunko into a kid to see if she really is Victoria Shiruton Doruyanaika, Kidd's Childhood friend), because of Ginny becoming a slave. Ginny rejected slavery and died; Gunko embraced slavery, survived, and became a CD.
Aged Up/Adult Colun + Aged Down/Prime Gyaban vs God's Knights?
Bonney's Fruit being able to turn people back to their Primes is so cool, top tier DF in terms of letting Oda have fun with the plot.
Also I want this Owl to fuck up a God's Knight, does Biblo have Haki??? Saw him when I was rereading Luffy vs Colun
I respect elder animals Oda introduces into the story after Zunesha one-shot Jack
"Centuries" says Saul. Is this Owl from the Void Century? Chopper should be able to speak with Biblo, and Chopper is near the library... still waiting for Chopper to ask Mr. Owl how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop...
